蛋 2隻

奶 60毫升

1.  溶牛油 。1RF$L!hC"a }K@#I[

2. 將蛋及糖打起至輕身(好似平時煎蛋咁),加入自發粉及吉士粉 。Ia^*p"kQ

3. 加入奶、牛油打勻 。

4. 放混合物於器皿中,隔水大火蒸30~40分鐘。
