跑步點換氣

我一開始跑就鼻吸吸口呼呼
E&E6Q6r%_(i5^$e q 跑左大約5分鍾度就頂唔順 開始用個口係咁大呼大吸%g9N-aj$f%l/g

Don't go too fast at the beginning, just try to breath slowly. But most importantly, try to jog at a most comfortable rate...practice makes perfect.
