抽筋一問

本人偶爾訓覺 半夜都會突然腳抽筋(腳瓜位置)
*~ y7k]j"` ` 痛醒 我會不停按摩抽筋位置

訓得返
y-_i(G3Ii 朝早醒既時候都會有d痛 i.h c3Uwov6P
痛楚會持續一至兩日之後就冇事

但係琴晚 我先係雙腳一齊抽筋 (T$\(W'p,x5^j4nRmB
之後訓左一個鐘左右 rs.BAG:h9D}
右腳再抽  直到今朝 臨起身之前 左腳再抽一次
L z5[5O%N 依家兩隻腳都痛 行路要慢慢bl*\2S EW5^

m$jB { }T's 仲有我每次抽筋都係熟睡中痛醒7JE/_V |/r
有冇人知點解會咁抽筋

肌肉過度疲勞就會咁,得閒無事按摩下小腿,滲下腳,食下蕉都可以幫到手G5JNJ6j7~"kK4G
不過歸根究柢,阿媽係女人,適當時小休,唔好成日搞到自己肌肉疲勞咪無咁易有事囉~~

我記得以前讀生物時,老師說過抽筋的成因是因為身體缺乏鉀,鎂,鈣等無機鹽

所以平日得閒就補充下就可以減低抽筋的機會SU~U? g3ddZ

&b1m5Y8C!x5oV5c 例如一個星期飲一次保礦力等含豐富礦物質的飲料 wm1lbtES%@

E!qbx&{}w9R 但光飲這些是不足夠的(特別係抽緊筋哥時)

無機鹽的吸收需要水的幫助,所以除左飲左哥d野外,別以為飲左水會沖淡左d無機鹽而效果無咁好
