事件:本人帶同兩小孩往M記進食M記雞翼套餐,要了一杯加大汔水,但兩小孩嚷著要分杯飲用,故即時向ROGER增取一紙杯。T7e%O_D1s+Hu

我看到衹有兩人排在我之後,故亦不作堅持,祇有捧著食物,從新排隊。

如是者,排隊兩次才取得6張紙巾,以應即時所需。
該M記大堂經理看到客人在ROGER之Counter前走來走去,即向ROGER查詢有關事情,及後並將ROGER調入厨房,繼續工作,並三緘其口,若無事發生。

(1) 大堂經理查詢事件後,應協調客人與Counter同事之磨擦及對客人有所解釋。
