yes,i went to gym but many years ago,it costs 300 a month
so expensive.Now I only 練下啞鈴at home and drink someu:[0QD3m3b-G0`
weight gain milk and I have gained about 10 bls now.
I am very strong now and have big mouse(maybe cat) on my arms.
啞鈴is about 10 kg.And I used to see Bodybuilding competition.
I live in TsuenWan,there is one called Physical and costs only $3000ef9V)n7T+c)~Wt5f
for two years. and i also stick some muscleman posters on the wall
and look at them while training and listen to music.
use the muscleman as a target you will work harder. M;B:f5YP%A}Y C
i do the 啞鈴 four sets a day and about 8-12 times L8k f s1wD5r
a set.
