i am too hot for them.... this is why i got the acting lab manager post even when i'm not qualified for the job.

C@5t!i1b but if you are the lab manager, you are supposed to lead and show as a good example.

it's an easy job.... i just have to sit there to monitor people.... grant permission and schedule equipment usages.... make sure that things are organized, and are working properly.... oh, and procurement.
