for the preliminary interview:

( ?2 C2 `; L' g2 b fthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

another is group discusion

' `$ V4 A( O4 O. e" D, \- zimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

6 w: G- k: p: ?" X4 qtopic like "environment, biscuit...."1 M f: B% k( L& Y6 s7 u
" V7 N; Y+ V3 x0 }9 p6 m: u% `group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!& ^6 X) w& }+ i( k( M4 l4 X/ J# P
