for the preliminary interview:

3 ?# U& g L2 n4 }there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......! k' l' q c7 p& ^

for the extended interview:6 ?+ h/ K( x$ J' v

it's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion& A5 W3 s5 N' m/ F1 b
$ L# N8 S* b, Ball conducted in english# @4 {: p! }1 S8 c& v: N
# h1 J9 m8 i6 r5 W; Vimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare, O5 y1 d6 D2 D

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

* P; ~2 ?1 l2 jthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
