for the preliminary interview:' M6 j" [. O' o; o

  s. r2 s4 g/ x. {there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......2 M9 l/ A( e/ [$ R+ e% ^9 q

9 N4 A$ X: g6 Y: F/ F) F! L! Q/ A, {) d. N5 n$ V6 z! p6 i
it's divided into 2 sections,
2 h1 y0 I. A% Y6 u# \) x. p1 is impromptu talk
5 G( ^7 N2 l; q) e6 X) s4 e) |another is group discusion
# o3 b! T+ m" Z; |( Y. \
4 P9 y& k1 h- Y9 _1 W7 Fall conducted in english/ T3 S% h8 i5 g$ U% }. K

9 z1 p! u+ B8 {1 f! _7 uimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare0 y) D( k& q$ y

* o/ G( s( N' g3 _4 ?group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

  M$ U7 U0 ]9 b+ t  U0 C8 y4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!9 \8 \2 \' n- c& x6 Y' `
