for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......! x- ?* ^; B6 }& ]( ^

2 w! x3 n6 w, T% n! Vit's divided into 2 sections,) T: |, l9 }' j
1 is impromptu talk

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare0 h% q6 G) g$ s3 j! b; J

topic like "environment, biscuit...."0 ?2 r4 ?7 |, x q
+ C9 H0 c4 `7 z" M5 b7 hgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion x# i* y. x8 m: O/ w h6 f
