When I travel Japan (same for France),
% |4 D9 h; w' U0 H2 ?I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
6 W8 Z& s9 I/ J$ {Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,3 |/ P- W+ [5 q9 T
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.$ f9 b- o2 k6 V- n
Therefore I here announce people: $ H5 ]4 L" [- [9 x; R
MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION,
