When I travel Japan (same for France), - I( t+ m2 I9 k) \5 s' X
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
. \/ D8 N6 E( y/ `6 Z' E2 JBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
