When I travel Japan (same for France),

Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.; t3 u0 c! r- p; C- {! d

5 v& B$ {. G, x2 }9 G) zHoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
