for the preliminary interview:

8 c+ @7 y7 u5 _5 Z8 Kgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion# w3 l2 @: s" }$ N
