for the preliminary interview:4 s0 _$ |; b5 C" |

# f/ J' i* Q# O0 |there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......$ |/ v/ Z% b5 _6 j. I' j( @

9 r2 l# i: w( M1 N4 ofor the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,
: _' s4 \" |' ?* e8 T1 is impromptu talk  X1 H) @5 P$ {. @! L) y! F
another is group discusion2 K8 @+ Y! N8 N
: _, V! t7 a8 R+ ]
all conducted in english

; N  n4 p  R7 ^# t2 h5 v, ]" nimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare1 b8 o- H" f- l4 h" Q7 t6 A/ h( t

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion& U4 }8 b- `* Z
) s# C7 b! V" Q3 b1 K$ Y* X

( T; O( f! x0 m4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes
