When I travel Japan (same for France),
% e* A' A3 v9 s% b8 b+ cI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
; x% g, F& B7 v1 zBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.1 J4 W9 q0 t2 w4 V5 n

& J! _; z- F, U' R8 r6 _Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,/ j& O, ]8 N% v. `! b" D( x/ ~4 M0 ~
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
