When I travel Japan (same for France), $ h9 ?) N  q7 n8 h
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
8 y. m/ q/ j4 E, JBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
