Mind your disturbance to people in public

When I travel Japan (same for France), 2 I3 W) @7 A, L
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.8 g; I; \# b% d/ L
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,0 Y2 I5 F" q" l4 L' j$ S& M
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
