When I travel Japan (same for France),
( x. [- f2 H/ s  L3 y; fI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
2 x) D1 w# `' o8 Y' jBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
8 p; e0 T$ w7 `- Fand I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.$ G% S% k: D+ I' s
Therefore I here announce people: 2 Q6 u! F* D- B$ C( i7 O+ C  w1 `
MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION,
