When I travel Japan (same for France),

Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.5 p( M9 `9 L0 K8 r2 X+ P8 [' h

and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.9 e2 W. M8 n: n
