When I travel Japan (same for France),
7 s: t  {! p8 [I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
% @5 n' @5 y+ [" B7 m! PBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.# b, [; x  G# q$ F6 j8 `, E8 r, F% M

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,

Therefore I here announce people:
