When I travel Japan (same for France),

Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers." j  k+ `+ R7 B2 C/ E" p3 b8 U. I

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,- ]# P8 n9 l+ e
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
