Mind your disturbance to people in public

I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.9 [# P" N6 S* X: @5 Z) \
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
