When I travel Japan (same for France),
" C2 G6 j1 P/ O$ hI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.9 n+ a& [5 b2 F. X0 f. g- V) E8 a; W- K
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.* M- ?9 e, [- l& P
) c% j  R  A# {% t, ]7 e
Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,1 {" u: a+ D8 R% Z+ F) E* r+ Y, g
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.1 t, e: o4 O, _9 _
Therefore I here announce people:
