When I travel Japan (same for France),

Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers., g, N) C- C( E2 k

% G6 E; D4 I. z/ ~0 J' t7 ]Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,4 A4 P' w2 w' f
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.  A, b+ M* m0 u! t# s

MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION, / [- x! V6 K. C. P2 U7 J' W
