A few days ago, a person was recharging his cell

the outlet. After a few seconds electricity flowed! y! {% x" j3 ^9 y
into the cell phone unrestrained, and the young man1 ~( \& L5 z8 Q( y1 a, G+ R8 [$ V
was thrown to the ground with a heavy thud. : S! V' V- W" `/ f
His parents rushed to the room only to find him unconscious, with a# m1 {. M9 H7 i, a" s$ M& v
weak heartbeat and burnt fingers. He was rushed to" G* W6 M! b% n* M( a% R4 |
the nearby hospital, but was pronounced dead on arrival.

How about talking while using the charger in the car?  I do it all the time and so far I'm still alive.  Am I just lucky?

This couldn't be true.  You might have a chance of getting yourself burnt if a bad battery so happens to explode.  But there's no way you'd get an electric shock.  This is a just cellphone charger, how many volts do you think it outputs?   Where did you get this information from?
