for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......) P' R( r, \6 y9 N; k
8 h3 Z9 h& L1 p5 ~5 h5 Q
for the extended interview:
4 m+ Y" P, V2 P. f3 d( Y7 l0 t' F( f+ T3 }9 Z1 C
it's divided into 2 sections,$ L3 O/ n, q$ g3 f# U) M
1 is impromptu talk
# t8 V+ d3 D8 f. Panother is group discusion
& z  C% U; p" N8 G# E1 |1 K
, c8 G3 r! P/ _% iall conducted in english9 `9 S) S% g6 a
& B! {8 {, e- m% y
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."
, _: K! a7 ], V& ?+ a( [6 ^# G" R/ W$ d: k" E
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion. g, O2 H1 y7 i' [, f

for final interview:9 n1 ^8 q8 _, u- h' g  A# J+ X/ X
