Mind your disturbance to people in public

When I travel Japan (same for France),
1 Q- i, ?) t3 [  Z0 G5 v& d& mI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.  \% S" T# |& T; ~4 s) f  Z
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.3 P! H  [3 D7 c/ W% w% j6 ]- I
. s  [6 W% G# z+ N3 ]8 ^" A
Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,

Therefore I here announce people:
