When I travel Japan (same for France),
% k! O- F7 f$ k( o- T% Y9 S# @" II found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.5 i* U" }0 Q" T( i  I7 Y
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.7 b( P5 Y- Z* y+ g, `6 M) X! G7 Z  p
& B5 l; E  X2 V; }! c# L
Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,+ D8 X$ A8 }& ]5 Z& o5 s
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
