for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:, v( v* e' m. D
/ s# S& z8 R% f" `) mit's divided into 2 sections,

1 R6 l. i' E# J \impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare- q7 [3 U6 c; U J, m

: x: y( w# f% d g$ Qgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion1 X( ^3 W7 f1 o& y
