for the preliminary interview:3 w( T. q' Y4 C' Z/ b) ~! ~

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

0 z7 ~& @! _/ Z  }3 Afor the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,
8 h) G, N" S" C7 U: y3 C* s1 is impromptu talk( C  \! n# R+ U
another is group discusion
/ d" W( g- I; k1 Q. s7 d) \; i8 [& F
, {7 W+ a5 R; t; r$ d0 [1 f' Gall conducted in english
. V( j2 N) O# v( u5 T" M: j, V, f* J) f( T
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!7 w/ j: H- S; d
