there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:( \, B6 O4 q) d
' x b4 k. D# F' V3 A* u# I; f6 f0 ^it's divided into 2 sections,
7 N8 d* h3 `2 ?1 is impromptu talk! O8 i3 [" n2 E5 r O
another is group discusion

/ k' {0 N2 T9 l% ~( s- Lall conducted in english

/ a6 d* H! [: a. Wimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare( y! s- J T+ F/ F' y

topic like "environment, biscuit...."+ t, p. G4 {3 f% \$ i4 w
3 w4 c; @ R3 j# g0 `9 ?5 cgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion# W% e( B7 D9 V: T( \! N5 [1 k
