for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......3 l2 @+ M$ K4 K. p. F

1 is impromptu talk

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare: d0 J) e0 o+ W2 F

topic like "environment, biscuit...."6 k+ h6 g+ _9 j3 {4 V

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion; e* Y8 L9 E: l+ A7 G4 U; ]
