for the preliminary interview:

5 {' x2 x# ]# z$ D# \" pthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:0 g) d( Q% D& Y G* y4 m

all conducted in english

# u* V9 ~2 Y% c2 @( u$ g/ R zimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

! l( ?' ^2 I9 S' kgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion/ P& M+ m9 X, m

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!# F! n% `* g; D
