for the preliminary interview:

* w) X( _/ ?' [; V# a8 kthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

1 is impromptu talk

all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare; y, p1 }1 ^; e+ q, L) S

topic like "environment, biscuit...."% ]1 m& {0 X7 C5 y
: ]& [2 I( }: i; I- C
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion9 E+ O+ c; k7 r% s N

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
