Based on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two,

7 _% U& _( {# Q- i6 u7 O$ s2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.0 ?- V# {5 O% _8 q! b- a
$ x: `1 J# n- k4 H# u& ~5 d
Many research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind. / W/ d# n  W: b
3 {7 s: b  ?7 r, q4 ~
A balance diet, and exercise regularly
# `- d6 W1 E) Y0 f! U! |+ ^% Q. K2 |/ Y  Q/ G8 N
Even though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.
% t6 L! D; Q( v- E) l! x% m" I; \
3 ?5 u9 j4 O3 [. X4 m8 pFor example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning. - ]. T+ s5 x+ \6 f  I! C1 q

Therefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.* O# S/ r! ^2 T2 B- o7 z
