" @- i$ |2 O" C9 O) {, n1 \3 G2 LBased on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two, # R8 f- r$ {' R7 T( }2 s& N
8 z' h4 b: d& O1 p* n& g3 E
1) BLADDER INFECTION? DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!!!
  x# d* z+ F) n( \+ [4 JHigh-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria.
# t( V" C2 n, n, g5 N' h. J: b+ i( S8 K
2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.1 o5 J1 m5 L% f$ R6 T; Y6 P  m
# j) _6 j0 M- ]! G. Y7 a! {1 o& L
Many research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind.
( ^' i; |0 K  X# G" G; w( ^- v0 [) {2 m$ i5 `3 z+ T. Q7 `
A balance diet, and exercise regularly 0 U2 }" [3 W% Q# M5 m! p
2 j4 @4 O: r3 l4 E8 X# B
Even though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.
' s/ e; C# h1 w% B
; Y( n7 q# D# V( o  |( LFor example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning.
+ F* y& F# b: a. K; m: ?' I
* ~% j$ ^' v  A( ^: aTherefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.
