Step 2: Press Alt + F11 to start Microsoft Visual Basic.
' [( ~" ~; o5 g$ f5 q! hStep 3: RIGHT-click on the toolbar and select Customize from the menu.
  o: ?2 W7 W% ?2 r5 F; r8 l* jStep 4: Click the Help menu. The Help menu should now be dropped down.

   lower altitude.
