Step 2: Press Alt + F11 to start Microsoft Visual Basic. 4 O0 X' X) P" N" C' q
Step 3: RIGHT-click on the toolbar and select Customize from the menu. ) X( `3 j. w1 [6 V' b
Step 4: Click the Help menu. The Help menu should now be dropped down.

   left or right to turn, and drag up or down to raise of 2 H! B( d% f: w/ ?- _
   lower altitude.
