When I travel Japan (same for France),

Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.8 P; [, K  p+ r2 P

& S" U* y' J  S; G4 MHoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
