Mind your disturbance to people in public

When I travel Japan (same for France),
5 n9 g9 p! w9 @! a# ]I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.. B- r4 g! C( {$ S6 b0 ^+ h  E4 a
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
. ^9 M. e4 Z- j# C$ X/ W7 |and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.

MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION,
