Mind your disturbance to people in public

When I travel Japan (same for France), 3 n  E% D* X, _; M% C0 V: H% a3 b: b3 Q
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.& C  T  ?! \8 {& A! V1 C0 \& M
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

0 |( A/ h9 j6 N8 h6 P, ^Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,, T) \4 c% s. Q5 a4 ]; x
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.

MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION,
