When I travel Japan (same for France),
0 Q% C. Z: o( K+ TI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
  ]: ]) t1 W# S4 DBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.3 p/ B3 |8 K% n" @- i5 }' e9 L

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,/ c. U1 P" X% T- V; C
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
