When I travel Japan (same for France),

Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.5 x' h9 Z) p& L: e+ b$ w

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
