there should be an extra pop up just below your Internet Explorer address bar by the time you see this error message  j, I" K- ?% ^$ T* H7 F3 z

* G- k; ~, {& r7 Y* tright click that pop up and choose "allow"
& ?6 X4 d4 d1 B4 S# f+ h2 u& P/ f9 r' H+ Q3 R) t" d
then you can see the active x item
