there should be an extra pop up just below your Internet Explorer address bar by the time you see this error message

& V" O8 Z: y5 f" r, O& Xright click that pop up and choose "allow"
% T$ e" ~1 Q. B% Q1 B
6 Y% L; S! c) i# d' Q( f; t# Ethen you can see the active x item
