it's divided into 2 sections, ; I7 \' H1 X u2 q+ ] W9 n! q1 is impromptu talk' }* P: i% `0 ^, @( R8 J; x5 u
another is group discusion ) J% l! v! h1 n A% o$ j n$ ^! r+ o ' U2 \. T' D6 `. w# B! Ball conducted in english " @4 M3 @" s$ `0 |* W- l ; ?* L6 i X0 Q8 q+ q: H. T- aimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare % O$ n! b) p3 Q, @# Y- ~, t( J1 o/ d5 J5 ^3 H0 u

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion " I* f" E.
