there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc...... $ b4 E5 u/ s& n/ j0 U. for the extended interview:4 D- C% d0 F1 l* [; I% w" r; M3 a& a

it's divided into 2 sections,6 i2 u+ Q# ? |0 w3 A; u2 I+ ]& `

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare: Y8 W8 y7 A8 y! _7 V- W

E 7 L1 N( |5 p* D; `7 igroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion 9 X, U: D/ S4 |" N7 e7 V' L+ Q) h7 j( W# ?! r4 u$ } ) \6 u0 q$ L!
