for the preliminary interview:. s2 g; |9 E; q4 I/ \0 V- A: W

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......5 k3 O% m+ u8 @6 {+ X! S % c1 `" H3 e$ S& F# sfor the extended interview:, u3 x6 e- d4 t5 u! d3 l& w
+ \6 f( ~' V* b+ b# O* g- c; x% G
it's divided into 2 sections,0 N9 K# V% ~" f5 }
1 is impromptu talk/ }6 ?# K& X. d2 n/ `1 K X
another is group discusion l- A+ {3 Y( S9 A6 O: Q9 v$ A! M 5 S- ^3 V" t' P1 ~all conducted in english# }/ T$ k) B8 T5 d
* i. w. j4 T- j& ^- jimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare9 t' r+ J. m3 ~" p( M8 X+ t; j

topic like "environment, biscuit...." ; g7 h7 u/ H' o6 ^3 E9 E 5 ~$ P6 n1 y( B4 Jgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion $ w: L- s1 U( r: X7 c8 B' D) Z2 g( q1 W& U; ~7 b8 C , d4 T4 K+ O; \5 w1 K% dfor final interview:) k) Y& [: U& ~3 T! ~
