不過，個價（工資）始終冇乜起色！

% ^; O7 v) N9 d0 c唐英年指出，近月薪酬開始出現輕微上升，按市場規律所定，若薪酬隨整體失業情況改善，僱員議價能力料會不斷慢慢提升。# Q& O- _6 c# |8 K- W/ B+ w( I& B

even there is an inflation in recently, that's not related to salary issue.
' j* |9 Y; V5 p8 _too many experts/technicans come from PRC and the vacancy of position would be fulfilled instantly
: o& g" p: I# u, rno demand, how come to those supply?: R- A4 K" ?2 R5 t, R/ m. {1 e" X
if ppl like to gain more, there are only 2 ways to go' n* y" L) o' _9 k
1) open a company or0 [, f4 ^0 C1 _% I% I
2) get promotion
1 a# N! [! m8 _$ _There would be no use to stay in the same position/company to "wait" for bonus/annual apprasial =.="
