不過，個價（工資）始終冇乜起色！

唐英年指出，近月薪酬開始出現輕微上升，按市場規律所定，若薪酬隨整體失業情況改善，僱員議價能力料會不斷慢慢提升。

even there is an inflation in recently, that's not related to salary issue.# M i# {/ x6 w+ F& F4 R5 }
too many experts/technicans come from PRC and the vacancy of position would be fulfilled instantly( I/ S" q3 `7 _1 f7 ^ ?& Q: Y$ D
no demand, how come to those supply?2 B! d' Q& v! y' x
if ppl like to gain more, there are only 2 ways to go5 Y+ O% j9 e! `% I& Q% E
1) open a company or
2) get promotion
There would be no use to stay in the same position/company to "wait" for bonus/annual apprasial =.="
