i believe that can be easily explained by newton first law.$ x0 Q* H: h1 U& o% i
When no net force act on a object, the object will travel with constant velocity.

Since the water on the earth will be attracted by gravitational force, it will fell on the ground.! r5 B6 Z6 x- C4 M* f$ u
% U4 B. t9 V' h7 k8 k
But in the space, no force is added on the water will u X the ball ,so the water will remain its old velocity(don't move)
