間唔中嗎?知原因嗎?通常用咩方法解救?最勁試過訓係張床到幾耐先訓著?

我感到壓力很大的時候就會失眠/ u; X9 D! d  a0 L
大慨三個月左右一次3 ^( e+ C' ?5 D# E+ T
差不多每次都會連續三十幾個鈡頭都冇瞓
- ]6 b9 V5 Z2 P. Y再唔係就每日瞓得兩個鈡 (連續兩星期左右)
+ S1 |) e; N" S連食医生開嘅安眠藥都無用...真係好辛苦...人都癲...

..........................今日考writing差過上年~因為出題目係"friend stealing because poor ...how can help he?"一來腦裡空白~二來~偷野無優點,,,so..有d上年都有用o既生字都無用到~& q7 c9 \8 w( A. M
好似"although"anyway"however" 正係好似小學生咁猛用it is,can,唉....

夜晚12點幾訓....點幾就起身...之後都訓唔著...真係人都癲...& y" u" i3 s4 q, J) V% B. d
但係我覺得有個方法都既好.唔洗食藥.點香"分"(同音字)= =點左之後就慢慢深呼吸,好快就會訓著......注本人覺得真係好訓d..但就晚晚發d怪夢)信唔信就見人見志..

有時一合起對眼, 就會諗起d恐怖野~ 咪訓唔到lo$ q; J! L7 M9 i& o5 f5 c
如果熄左燈, 我又驚到訓唔到 =.= ( 我好怕黑 )
# V- p" B! Y1 F不過真正一次失眠係0係澳門~4 T6 c! U) ]; \  c
個日飲左杯珍珠奶茶,# q- M; y' y  A" i& R
之後成晚訓唔到~) B" p; _3 p' b2 j, N; ~" R/ T
係到睇電視~~ 仲記得睇左熱門小馬 ( 3:00 )7 e6 T8 b3 V. ?' \$ w5 N
到 5:00 就訓左lu~

My worst is 4 hrs. I was going thru a lot ( getting married, about to change job and move to a new country, etc.). I can't sleep when I get lots of pressure.
* E; u' Z2 B8 [& \# R7 j! j6 |6 l  x$ q( [  k
I realize if I go for light exercise during the day (like running/speedwalking at park for 1/2 hr) my chances of insomia is less. (Don't exericse within an hour of your bed time! It keeps your metabolism up and you won't be able to sleep!).

" [0 d$ I+ i0 ^. xReading a novel (not something too entertaining like 1 magazine or hard like textbook) helps a bit too.8 g' P, @! g  y8 J) X" [* {7 N

$ z2 R; k6 r7 I2 h$ l2 rI usually get up to my study and read when I can't sleep (don't want to wake up my wife). Staying up in bed for more than 1 hr would only make it worse.9 V8 o; F( @, y2 V- Q, b

7 @* k6 y3 L- m. o/ O1 j& ~Another time both my wife and I can't sleep....we ended up having sex and went to sleep soon after we're done. Too tired.

also i sleeps 4 to 6hrs i watch TV until 2:30am
