間唔中嗎?知原因嗎?通常用咩方法解救?最勁試過訓係張床到幾耐先訓著?: {8 n# S/ O( n$ R
~試過1點幾 就5點先訓到

我感到壓力很大的時候就會失眠! s/ c8 t" b" X; T7 }8 L- H
大慨三個月左右一次) K, U: n' w0 h7 p1 `
差不多每次都會連續三十幾個鈡頭都冇瞓
0 ]6 H3 I" |& p, z& z% c% n+ p再唔係就每日瞓得兩個鈡 (連續兩星期左右)5 f% ?, z2 a6 A  q, ?# a: C
連食医生開嘅安眠藥都無用...真係好辛苦...人都癲...

@@我尋日就真係訓得兩粒鐘左右..1點幾睇完創世紀訓~/ v9 B! I. ^9 B9 N7 J  M2 u
開下閉下~展轉反側~開燈訓住黎睇書諗住易d~但都係咁~最後4點9望住個鐘同自己講!訓呀!!!!
  d3 t0 m2 z( p5 P  Z..........................今日考writing差過上年~因為出題目係"friend stealing because poor ...how can help he?"一來腦裡空白~二來~偷野無優點,,,so..有d上年都有用o既生字都無用到~6 s1 J' v, Y7 P) _5 p3 n2 T
好似"although"anyway"however" 正係好似小學生咁猛用it is,can,唉....

夜晚12點幾訓....點幾就起身...之後都訓唔著...真係人都癲...
9 ]0 W+ |7 Q. {* _5 g3 x- q- ^& @0 Q但係我覺得有個方法都既好.唔洗食藥.點香"分"(同音字)= =點左之後就慢慢深呼吸,好快就會訓著......注本人覺得真係好訓d..但就晚晚發d怪夢)信唔信就見人見志..

有時一合起對眼, 就會諗起d恐怖野~ 咪訓唔到lo! o# x6 W1 D0 _6 \( s9 Z8 \
如果熄左燈, 我又驚到訓唔到 =.= ( 我好怕黑 )

個日飲左杯珍珠奶茶,

係到睇電視~~ 仲記得睇左熱門小馬 ( 3:00 )3 O, Y8 q: m% ]: w1 S+ z. [' W
到 5:00 就訓左lu~

My worst is 4 hrs. I was going thru a lot ( getting married, about to change job and move to a new country, etc.). I can't sleep when I get lots of pressure.

% {+ w$ P& C& ~4 n1 FI realize if I go for light exercise during the day (like running/speedwalking at park for 1/2 hr) my chances of insomia is less. (Don't exericse within an hour of your bed time! It keeps your metabolism up and you won't be able to sleep!).! s9 J( w# \# n

Reading a novel (not something too entertaining like 1 magazine or hard like textbook) helps a bit too.- P3 r2 q2 p+ t" z, l) I

5 }& `0 T0 l$ B! T2 c8 FI usually get up to my study and read when I can't sleep (don't want to wake up my wife). Staying up in bed for more than 1 hr would only make it worse.

Another time both my wife and I can't sleep....we ended up having sex and went to sleep soon after we're done. Too tired.

also i sleeps 4 to 6hrs i watch TV until 2:30am
