間唔中嗎?知原因嗎?通常用咩方法解救?最勁試過訓係張床到幾耐先訓著?

我感到壓力很大的時候就會失眠7 N9 }1 v7 p' [# c$ @7 {( |; b
大慨三個月左右一次
/ F9 O! L, n) r差不多每次都會連續三十幾個鈡頭都冇瞓
: k8 X/ ~' r( }! Z" O% O再唔係就每日瞓得兩個鈡 (連續兩星期左右)
" W0 d9 a9 x2 E0 t; K6 g連食医生開嘅安眠藥都無用...真係好辛苦...人都癲...

@@我尋日就真係訓得兩粒鐘左右..1點幾睇完創世紀訓~
% s2 v; ~+ z1 V, v9 v$ G開下閉下~展轉反側~開燈訓住黎睇書諗住易d~但都係咁~最後4點9望住個鐘同自己講!訓呀!!!!+ o/ p7 ?: L6 g, S: }& _2 Y
..........................今日考writing差過上年~因為出題目係"friend stealing because poor ...how can help he?"一來腦裡空白~二來~偷野無優點,,,so..有d上年都有用o既生字都無用到~2 p! u" h# M! i3 H, Q/ Z
好似"although"anyway"however" 正係好似小學生咁猛用it is,can,唉....

夜晚12點幾訓....點幾就起身...之後都訓唔著...真係人都癲...6 r  c7 `5 j# w; s' O( ^1 l
但係我覺得有個方法都既好.唔洗食藥.點香"分"(同音字)= =點左之後就慢慢深呼吸,好快就會訓著......注本人覺得真係好訓d..但就晚晚發d怪夢)信唔信就見人見志..

有時一合起對眼, 就會諗起d恐怖野~ 咪訓唔到lo' S% u; V" V/ y! f" q$ \! {; z% |, J
如果熄左燈, 我又驚到訓唔到 =.= ( 我好怕黑 )% J5 j3 U5 i1 G$ B: V$ G
不過真正一次失眠係0係澳門~

係到睇電視~~ 仲記得睇左熱門小馬 ( 3:00 )7 r8 H* Q7 f; c# ~6 S) k# G
到 5:00 就訓左lu~

My worst is 4 hrs. I was going thru a lot ( getting married, about to change job and move to a new country, etc.). I can't sleep when I get lots of pressure.
. R8 `! G# ^, Y0 x4 n% t; G1 Y- D' m* W& H$ i, Z
I realize if I go for light exercise during the day (like running/speedwalking at park for 1/2 hr) my chances of insomia is less. (Don't exericse within an hour of your bed time! It keeps your metabolism up and you won't be able to sleep!).

Reading a novel (not something too entertaining like 1 magazine or hard like textbook) helps a bit too.
! C' i) X) M0 [, w7 ^. g
6 X( U% H6 b" y6 B  V) H! BI usually get up to my study and read when I can't sleep (don't want to wake up my wife). Staying up in bed for more than 1 hr would only make it worse./ n4 @/ `4 y8 _# d: q; F

/ h$ G  O% I  m4 d7 @3 j2 CAnother time both my wife and I can't sleep....we ended up having sex and went to sleep soon after we're done. Too tired.

also i sleeps 4 to 6hrs i watch TV until 2:30am
