間唔中嗎?知原因嗎?通常用咩方法解救?最勁試過訓係張床到幾耐先訓著?5 q/ @0 S( t0 n- J
~試過1點幾 就5點先訓到  D- J9 ^7 Y2 @* e4 t9 W

我感到壓力很大的時候就會失眠7 R3 \$ K# x& F
大慨三個月左右一次. p4 t/ A2 v: C( N, Z) o9 \+ Z# N
差不多每次都會連續三十幾個鈡頭都冇瞓
9 _3 J6 E" u. Y再唔係就每日瞓得兩個鈡 (連續兩星期左右). ]/ |% C3 c+ b! o
連食医生開嘅安眠藥都無用...真係好辛苦...人都癲...

夜晚12點幾訓....點幾就起身...之後都訓唔著...真係人都癲...
  n9 w3 |1 H1 O" Z* @$ n: _但係我覺得有個方法都既好.唔洗食藥.點香"分"(同音字)= =點左之後就慢慢深呼吸,好快就會訓著......注本人覺得真係好訓d..但就晚晚發d怪夢)信唔信就見人見志..

有時一合起對眼, 就會諗起d恐怖野~ 咪訓唔到lo

不過真正一次失眠係0係澳門~. L/ M8 c" s1 p
個日飲左杯珍珠奶茶,
0 ^7 T+ R& _5 g; \. F# T之後成晚訓唔到~$ C/ V4 ~, ~. h2 Q! r9 Y5 B0 G
係到睇電視~~ 仲記得睇左熱門小馬 ( 3:00 )8 H" a& a, ~8 x
到 5:00 就訓左lu~

My worst is 4 hrs. I was going thru a lot ( getting married, about to change job and move to a new country, etc.). I can't sleep when I get lots of pressure.) H1 Y& F- J: B1 ^) N; i

I realize if I go for light exercise during the day (like running/speedwalking at park for 1/2 hr) my chances of insomia is less. (Don't exericse within an hour of your bed time! It keeps your metabolism up and you won't be able to sleep!).

3 b2 b; G% k* Y) c( ~9 {Reading a novel (not something too entertaining like 1 magazine or hard like textbook) helps a bit too." z; g9 V3 v& Z' c" X5 L' m+ l* H

) T0 e- Z$ Y+ W( [8 J9 i8 V6 j) vI usually get up to my study and read when I can't sleep (don't want to wake up my wife). Staying up in bed for more than 1 hr would only make it worse.

Another time both my wife and I can't sleep....we ended up having sex and went to sleep soon after we're done. Too tired.

also i sleeps 4 to 6hrs i watch TV until 2:30am
