and i also stick some muscleman posters on the wall/ W8 W6 d2 Q9 I- i
and look at them while training and listen to music. & d* `+ @7 Z- \& m0 D/ zuse the muscleman as a target you will work harder. ! `: X8 x' V: s! G9 Bi do the 啞鈴 four sets a day and about 8-12 times ! _% d S, n- J( T3 m( W- F* O
