: w9 d0 d* k/ D- c. a' M, b2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.$ Q! T5 ?2 E# Z' a8 _" i
* i1 s; x+ J/ L1 A' Q" O' A5 ?# D
Many research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind. ( E& M9 T1 L$ _) s

- D" y" Z& V3 y  Y& tA balance diet, and exercise regularly * S0 P' x; Z: {1 L/ }

3 L8 V' W# ~! F6 t, w: v2 _5 C( ZEven though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.

For example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning. & X. S. V: e1 {

Therefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.
