7 L/ _$ `3 \9 RBased on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two,
! i& ~$ Q8 \" c: ~) O& _4 e$ ]% I( J3 |* M
1) BLADDER INFECTION? DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!!! # h2 ?& ^6 d2 S: K& Y
High-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria.

2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.
3 ?$ a; P; R  u; I5 t  j3 z3 K3 ]$ p- A/ N& J  [( h
Many research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind.
9 j$ I+ v; y0 C# P! |8 R+ v$ y  |; o1 }
A balance diet, and exercise regularly
6 }, a: m" z  k8 ^: A& s! Q$ L5 ^: y; c. V1 P  q; z2 A
Even though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.) a/ s& @& k$ r) H
/ Y! @4 W) n! h5 J7 V
For example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning.
& A# Q' ]2 T3 u! y) e% ^# D, F
" n" c' B6 N; R8 S4 nTherefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.2 D3 p0 d' T- T2 c  ]0 s! t
