看來大家喜歡腸蛋面, 我都覺腸蛋同面是絕配, 我整時步驟如下:
1) 煲水(待水滾), D2 o1 r5 X; n3 |3 E0 }
2) 落面(攪散即上)) |( s) x B! j2 S
3) 過冷河: f" J9 @: P5 \! A9 ?0 G4 m9 Q% H
4) 煎蛋及腸備用
5) 面加入滾水再煲, 加入肉粉,麻油, 滾起即上 ( Z% X1 h+ v4 c! ]0 `
6) 最後加上備用腸蛋, 再加冰可樂(真是天下一美食)
