看來大家喜歡腸蛋面, 我都覺腸蛋同面是絕配, 我整時步驟如下:
1) 煲水(待水滾)' \( d0 w1 x" h8 W
2) 落面(攪散即上)& Z- ^5 e( Y6 M+ t
3) 過冷河' ~5 l9 ?/ I, ~7 Q7 R
4) 煎蛋及腸備用3 G' b/ g5 F. u/ Z. B& ^% ~
5) 面加入滾水再煲, 加入肉粉,麻油, 滾起即上
6) 最後加上備用腸蛋, 再加冰可樂(真是天下一美食)
