我的老闆心血來潮突然想開一閒酒吧,招呼他的客戶和朋友。並且讓我做一份關於酒吧的計劃書,我對酒吧的了解僅限於大概知道進貨、成本控制、員工培訓和員工管理這幾個詞匯要我做一份計劃書就有了相當難度。我真的不知道從何下筆,請熟悉這方面的人幫我一吧!+ P S8 R# \2 H; U

就係"金錢" 5 J! U+ l3 Z7 Y$ v3 K! A假如冇足夠金錢support既話. 就做唔到自己想象中既酒吧.5 S- H. q( I$ b: X0 }9 S3 y7 ^
鋪位.租金.裝修.入貨.人工. 全都係最基本既成本. . y8 m1 E' y q" K / p7 e6 M) M; M F我地由呢個"成本"問題開始傾起啦. " U. W& P$ N n+ z% N: M首先鋪位要選擇適當.0 k3 @, J- o6 A3 V# o( z
我阿姨之前係銅鑼灣開過間bar.$ D- ?0 ]1 [* s2 E& r& E: k, j& ?
鋪位有"上樓鋪"&"街鋪"比佢選擇.0 S! B# O& H0 [$ C' F$ k
最後佢選擇左"上樓鋪".4 p, c: ]: q/ o( n
"上樓鋪"雖然租金會比一般街鋪平好多.1 u, a4 D$ E/ Q% a* q
但客量&客路問題就好嚴重. 真係少之又少... * r" \6 @3 v& @/ ?除左要想盡辦法增加客量 仲要吸引唔同階層既客.- }2 I5 P: P' ]
剩係宣傳費都幾襟計!" ~! Q% M" d4 F$ O4 R% J A
所以建議選擇"街鋪"比較穩陣. * t3 I; \- `! `鋪位則設在旺區比較好. 1 @- x, r& ^$ J! }; @% e4 d雖然旺區鋪租貴.但因為人氣既問題 3 F3 O9 E g- e) d
賺到既話.利益回報都幾可觀." w7 G- k5 A& p+ J
而入貨方面.要識人識批發. ! {% v, l) ~0 ~, w當然大家都知入貨價係愈平愈好. 4 S8 J. ^. c, T' ]' b& S ~但要考慮埋"長做長有" "得閒送酒"呢兩個問題 3 [. N8 Z2 _- c! R3 W+ R所以不適宜"講價太低". 要以"數量"&"人情"作為優先選擇.* g0 i' ]$ E+ ^8 }: j! X
裝修方面.又係要識人.要盡量搵熟人搞. $ a+ l8 k! y$ ?% t比外人搞裝修的話. 隨時食完你錢 加你價 .一係就慢慢用次貨同你黎做. 3 B; w% z9 N/ N' I+ L
所以要比熟人搞.賣個人情比對方外. 對自己都好有保障. 3 S: J) Z* H6 K' d' _6 ^. }, H而呢幾年黎酒吧行業因為開到成行成市既關系.. A! z6 v, A. u' E2 l7 w( x" j3 `
大家都開始有唔同既主提 唔同既方式黎吸引新舊顧客.9 D* j, ]! k* Q s' w
例如有部份bar會請DJ打歌. 有部份會搞rave 有部份會搞乜乜乜之夜等等... , ?; {4 Q+ W, O所以做老闆除左要識做生意外. 仲要不斷革新. 不斷要有新"艾D也"2 |! \) b- ^: y6 l2 n7 `* H9 n6 i A
而且老闆仲要對"酒"呢方面有相當學問 相當既知識先好啵. # Y( p+ @3 p5 U1 Z俗語話 : 要做好某一樣野 首先就要裝備好自己.2 N3 V9 l0 ^! o( `( C( E
