Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.7 J# A9 J' H0 G

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,; Q5 r- a/ M6 Y4 _$ o
