Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.& H1 _& U: }6 ~ U; A: T* v
2 v4 j2 F& x, K' GHoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,2 X* h& i0 O( {8 z- M5 f
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others., U8 K7 s' B) J8 c% ]* G$ O
