Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.2 @; J! `7 \" B: f, i4 [1 ?" }
) ? \7 B' M' LHoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,- T; J# r" K; d& d: K& `
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others. D+ N% o0 \, }5 T( j/ O& h
