the sleeping time...actually this hormones is kind of sex hormones

There is not one overwhelmingly decisive reasons for the growth of this kind of hormone. I am guessing that you want to grow taller, right? ! I; {! |; d V* A7 Y+ W- |

Regulare execising (aerobic ones as well as anaerobic ones) stimulates the hormone activities...but this is not the only factor....7 B9 \- q, @! U" h( @
