the sleeping time...actually this hormones is kind of sex hormones

There is not one overwhelmingly decisive reasons for the growth of this kind of hormone. I am guessing that you want to grow taller, right? / H2 s' G! t$ K( ^$ W

4 s6 r2 l. I2 \8 m. ORegulare execising (aerobic ones as well as anaerobic ones) stimulates the hormone activities...but this is not the only factor....
