the sleeping time...actually this hormones is kind of sex hormones

There is not one overwhelmingly decisive reasons for the growth of this kind of hormone. I am guessing that you want to grow taller, right? / W* e7 O/ v/ c1 e! p( f! G

Regulare execising (aerobic ones as well as anaerobic ones) stimulates the hormone activities...but this is not the only factor....
