Is 卡比路 really a good coach ?

In my opinion, I think 卡比路 is not really a good coach
1) At first, he didn't dare to use beckham and robinho for starting up, only when the crowd are not familiar with his decision, he change his mind

2) He change the team strategy regulary, at fist he chose defensive method, using diarra and emerson as 2 DM at the beginning of the season. Then he change it into attacking piece at the middle time of league, and now, he use back diarra and emerson.

3) He bought lots of OLD player at the beginning of the season (eg.cannvaro, emerson and Rund Van. Nistrooy) but at january, he bought several YOUNG player (eg. gago, marcelo, higuain ) this make people confuse what kind, what type of team would he want to create, matured & experienced team or an active team.

4) Although the results of real madrid was satisfy at this moment, but in fact, the performance of team was not really well, (eg. 3-2 vs Sevilla, 4-3 vs Espoynal ). There are still lots of thing need to be improved. And Capello has not really think of the problems concerning of their defensive methods

5) Why beckham is going to leave the club and go to USA ? Personally , I think a minor reason is that Beckham rarely becomming the starting lineup in R.Mad squad. This lower his morale. Capello should think of these matters.

PS. I am a big fan of real madrid, i am not going to attack anyone's favourite, and you all guy can share your opinion right here. Thank you

you are also right, capello can bring up R. Mad to the leading position recently, but actually the team performance was not too excellent at this moment, and barcelona performed bad this year.

In order to stay at the strongest situation in the future time, i think capello should upgrade the team formation style and strength the confidence of us towards this top club.
