honestly, english name is a formation of First Name and Last Name+ H0 Z4 [* m" k5 i' T1 j3 R
and mostly people can call other by the First Name..." L3 n7 W+ T& @& r
but if we call other people in chinese Full name...X X X....then it will be less friendly than just calling the english first name....
