honestly, english name is a formation of First Name and Last Name! A+ q. u8 T6 `; I' R& O( e  Y) P
and mostly people can call other by the First Name...3 v" U/ D% Z1 h9 }
but if we call other people in chinese Full name...X X X....then it will be less friendly than just calling the english first name....
