honestly, english name is a formation of First Name and Last Name- g; X/ Q, ^# {
and mostly people can call other by the First Name...7 X# H2 @4 q& u+ R/ `# t& c  x1 _
but if we call other people in chinese Full name...X X X....then it will be less friendly than just calling the english first name....
