jobs must be allocated by some non-wage criteria,such as* n* {' s: A+ m/ b
experience,appearence,age,education level,etc.

besides,it also will lead to rent dissipation and waste the resouses of society." K$ d3 M% M# w. r' e/ f# o
so,i don't want the minimum wage legislation. |
