I wouldn't say Premier League is the best league in Europe. I would say, English top division is the hardest division to play in Europe.

Why? Compare to other countries in Europe, all English teams should play a local league and 2 local cups

During League Cup, they should play 2 games in some rounds, there'd make the schedule much worst than other leagues in Europe
We are blessed that we can watch sports, to do many things...
so be happy!
