Well, to be honest, I think this case and the charge don't make any sense.

If you're saying the kids will eat the paper chess board....then the kids may also eat a piece of eraser, paper or even put tissue in the mouth.0 S$ v, Z$ `' s
There is possiblity that a kid will eat anything.. K# R8 z) `* A
You can't use the reason that the (paper is too thin) to charge the retail store.! m# _4 U! B/ J7 V( L% P

Eg. For example, if there is importing food that is infected or posioned, will they charge and punish the retail seller or the manufacturer?( W- E7 P7 Q7 z9 t3 u$ z: a! w. s8 _
The worst case is to ask the retail seller to stop selling such products and return them back to the manufacturer.
