+ Y6 `: X S: f" OThis rule is to scare the students and prevent students from taking drugs.

I agree with you that the students who take drugs can find out a lot of methods to get around the rule. (ex. skipping the class); S# O* b- \2 T9 |
. v- k2 Y' m1 gHowever, if they really do that, at least the teachers, other students and their parents would realize who the ones that are having the drug problem right now.

However, I understand the government will not have enough money or resources to do take action on it. |
