I agree with you that the students who take drugs can find out a lot of methods to get around the rule. (ex. skipping the class), {% k5 C7 p6 R/ X
2 n1 e2 h+ u3 C c( h: ZHowever, if they really do that, at least the teachers, other students and their parents would realize who the ones that are having the drug problem right now.

Remember, no one in the world is trying to proof the students that they take drugs.
