She's one of those who drives slow, slows down more when she sees the pedestrian light blinking, slows down even more when she sees yellow, then stopped suddenly on red.9 c0 [  k) K- I$ ]! p

I drove down to LA once. Seems like everyone, including the cops and grandma, is driving at least 10mph over the limit.
