. I( A" t7 {9 j% {. p' X1 jsorry, I can't agree to this.. we have no evidence to backup the interpretation...  whether or not it is a punishment.. I can only say I don't know.  but there is a lot we can do..  to care, to love the people, and to preach the gospel.
