0 q/ }8 c1 u, w' I6 f( a* psorry, I can't agree to this.. we have no evidence to backup the interpretation...  whether or not it is a punishment.. I can only say I don't know.  but there is a lot we can do..  to care, to love the people, and to preach the gospel.
