How about at the hospital?

I touch dead bodies all the time...cancer, surgerical, etc.

/ Z X0 i. J: ]0 B. U4 f1/2 hr after dead, the body will lose the bounce and starting to feel like cold meat. It's kind of disgusting but after a while I am okay with it.

When I touch the deceased, I kept telling myself this is not a person anymore, the person is gone and this (the body) is just the shell. If I know the patient well, I would even quietly say goodbye to him/her before the nurses come and pack him/her up.- q+ s) v3 F3 R/ M5 a; T5 \
6 H$ p( I7 h) q) E6 V1 ~; TThe ones with accidents in the ER are really bad, but we're too busy trying to save him/her to pause and think. |
