depends how u define rape wor& O  ^' E5 `5 @/ J/ k
maybe she was thinking it was u cos of the drugs, she was willing at the time, but then she wakes up and sees a different man she can still call that rape, so maybe the guy was drunk/ignorant and did truthfully think she was will. then if she sues i would believe the guy is the victim
