for the preliminary interview: F' a# p; G( h: p

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......+ v" G) Y. ^$ |1 {7 S6 e

for the extended interview:$ D7 i. d! L5 y

it's divided into 2 sections,
7 A; q2 S) ~/ ^7 w" G. \1 is impromptu talk
/ m5 P1 V( a# oanother is group discusion
) Q, K3 v8 Q$ V% S6 |
$ t/ K. D% n% k' d! I' j2 i1 Mall conducted in english: t* V% {5 ^1 K4 C5 N$ n( F' _

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare+ l1 b' x& o' s5 |" ~; T, s2 v

topic like "environment, biscuit...."* q$ @+ F: H$ V5 @0 e7 t- x

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
