don't eat fat,2 d' a: o/ i& a7 y( j4 a2 @2 H. H
just eat more protein,egg white,beef,chicken and pig and pork chop,6 w9 U6 C. H7 D+ x7 S1 W3 @
then go to do gym,and eat more rice.
