The effects are:

8 w7 F3 N5 [6 t; G/ l3 \- For those who want to 呃post and add points automatically, they will realize they are not getting any point and stop doing it.1 S( x. _6 _. a) T4 }  `
- It gives basis for 版主們 to ban people who keep on 呃post by 搬字過紙.
