i believe that can be easily explained by newton first law./ Y3 `0 A3 p# h' r* g
When no net force act on a object, the object will travel with constant velocity.

Since the water on the earth will be attracted by gravitational force, it will fell on the ground.. i8 ?1 e) X' _8 v3 K
