there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......- {/ ]( l) U: z, e
7 w/ R+ x" \# N4 X8 ifor the extended interview:" |7 W# b' w# S6 m) o
& F% h( @9 G" c1 Sit's divided into 2 sections,$ R$ w1 L0 q9 u- u) H
1 is impromptu talk- ]0 T* U% _3 a% \/ \& X# c
another is group discusion( |7 P+ y6 R& v8 P1 a
3 f# N! }" J) u6 T/ y# J* l2 wall conducted in english8 h2 Z# @; h4 |. ~
( @6 c7 Q- a+ V2 iimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare0 f+ _8 l' n6 Q8 }8 N- c. u

topic like "environment, biscuit...."7 h' Q# B3 P0 `1 P s4 x: t( R- {

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion' n; @! b3 q: v* d& T0 V* h9 |

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
