for the preliminary interview:

R8 s$ e* `: gthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......5 C) Z$ F, y# k3 v. ?5 O3 R

it's divided into 2 sections, Q/ ^2 n0 G+ E' l+ D
1 is impromptu talk/ `1 u- o& k: |" z) M* O
another is group discusion8 Q. v* ~. a9 w7 a9 J( _
9 c1 k5 U- a4 }all conducted in english

H, h( [# c: n# T3 T" r( U, [impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare/ }2 H0 V) h" h. ?8 L

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:
