for the preliminary interview:

Athere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......: o) s# J1 r3 I

1 t7 O9 A- a% y- \# k9 V1 ]it's divided into 2 sections,/ p9 G6 `* {9 N" I2 H' Q( G4 S" a
1 is impromptu talk
% b! y& q* o% n8 v6 S$ banother is group discusion
" v! \. {, D& j& q# \* `- H4 L  E  r) J' k1 [2 i
all conducted in english  h- v# `" \7 M0 l
% R& T% o/ p! {2 f: L
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare+ j/ `( f+ T: g1 x  G( x
' U4 V9 d3 [! n& A
topic like "environment, biscuit...."' U& A; J  N0 e% p4 L. n

' \/ @) Z0 G5 igroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion# g9 Z+ f' e# a$ g  I
/ D9 V* p) A" K& z
  r" x7 N3 }# n- h+ l
for final interview:

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes9 ]; U2 X! i: @( D+ |

, a2 c0 \7 v! b2 @% r6 Fthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
