for the preliminary interview:

, F! o4 {* p9 d5 j# S% E' a4 }there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections,; u7 J# q$ D. _. L
1 is impromptu talk

! v7 F6 a i8 g1 h4 Y% q/ Gimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare2 ~5 t) O7 P; D- I4 t( ^$ I

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion$ _; \# r1 e7 ~/ V& X

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!7 r8 ^1 A: d* Z6 y! W8 a0 } _, T
