for the preliminary interview:+ k' R" [2 S, v6 A2 O! x& {; g+ j
' e& a% y3 [5 t' n0 ^there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......+ {0 Y+ O; o; ]5 ?

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,
# J! i' _' _3 M8 Z1 is impromptu talk' a0 i- E% b |* R$ F' W
another is group discusion# \' G6 t X) E8 P2 [# |- }8 ^
: F3 L- R" h( }
all conducted in english% W' v% F$ B$ o# \* U: C
4 @. q6 F S0 F1 timpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare- |7 I/ | b, H/ P1 j) N b

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes
5 `9 @7 v7 y3 V- n: q8 a5 U2 L( E; P: `% t, t# F( M3 ]
the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
