for the preliminary interview:

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare" ?, m$ Q$ }, Q/ z+ g# @

topic like "environment, biscuit...."$ a J, k% x' Q8 ]4 w; Y
8 W( ~8 e5 C$ ], ]7 v' |group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion. p4 H# d% [: K1 @" S5 _

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
