When I travel Japan (same for France), : j( r$ C8 P7 V
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
( H. m& H0 L  P  c! P0 UBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,: Y5 a' I  k+ M* {
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.

( D* _& I. {0 z  \2 o& pMIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION,
