When I travel Japan (same for France),
% L5 T; y4 g3 x* c$ yI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
9 u3 T1 S( L! v1 P/ |' M' K+ }Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

3 S. j+ f$ b5 S' p0 [* XHoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
; `3 b" O) a3 ~$ M4 Z* [and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.& X6 k8 e2 i" i4 R
